Dr. Tim Steele

Dr. Tim Steele is a comprehensive ophthalmologist. Dr. Steele has a special interest in cataract surgery, laser vision correction, pterygium surgery, eyelid surgery and lacrimal surgery. Dr. Steele also manages glaucoma, including MIGS (minimally invasive glaucoma surgery) and trabeculectomy. Additionally, Dr. Steele is experienced in treating retinal disease with intravitreal injections.

Dr. Steele studied medicine at Monash University, graduating with first-class honours as the top final year student. He completed ophthalmology training at The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in East Melbourne. Dr. Steele undertook further subspecialty training in oculoplastic surgery in the United Kingdom and holds postgraduate qualifications in refractive surgery from the University of Sydney. He is actively involved in the RANZCO vocational training program, teaching trainee ophthalmologists in clinics and surgery.

In Dr. Steele's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, cycling and making music with friends.
