Dr Susan Bray

Dr Susan Bray is a compassionate and dedicated General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a diverse clinical background that spans both nursing and medicine, she brings a unique perspective and a wealth of practical knowledge to her medical practice. Dr Bray is passionate about supporting her patients through all stages of life, offering personalised healthcare solutions tailored to each individual's needs.

Before embarking on her medical career, Dr Bray originally trained as a Registered Nurse, gaining extensive surgical experience while working in operating theatres across Sydney and Brisbane. This strong foundation in surgical care inspired her to pursue further medical training. She subsequently graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland in 2007. Following her graduation, she completed her postgraduate training and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2011.

In addition to her work in General Practice, Dr Bray maintains a strong interest in working as a Surgical Assistant, collaborating closely with specialist breast and endocrine Surgeons. This ongoing involvement has fostered a particular clinical interest in the diagnosis and management of breast cancer. Her broad range of skills also encompasses minor surgical procedures and women's health, allowing her to deliver high-quality, holistic care to her patients.
