Dr Steven Ng

Dr Steven Ng is a highly qualified Consultant Neurologist dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of neurological conditions. With a patient-centred approach, he focuses on delivering high-quality, prompt, and reassuring clinical assessments. Dr Ng is committed to helping individuals manage complex disorders of the nervous system, ensuring they receive tailored treatment plans that support their long-term health and well-being.

Dr Ng completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2000. Demonstrating a strong commitment to academic excellence and clinical research, he went on to obtain his doctorate degree in Medicine (MD) from the same institution in 2007. In 2008, he achieved his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Neurology, establishing his credentials as a medical Specialist in the field.

Throughout his career, Dr Ng has developed extensive expertise in managing diverse neurological disorders. His areas of clinical interest include stroke, dementia, epilepsy, vertigo, and Parkinson's disease, as well as neuropathic pain conditions such as neuropathy and neuralgia. In addition to general neurological consultations, he performs specialised diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including Nerve Conduction Studies and botulinum toxin injections for the management of chronic migraines and hemifacial spasms.
