Dr Skye Boughen

Dr Skye Boughen is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong focus on family medicine, she supports patients of all ages and backgrounds. Dr Boughen has a particular clinical interest in women's health, children's health, and adolescent health, ensuring that every individual receives tailored medical support that promotes long-term well-being. Her reassuring and professional approach helps patients feel comfortable and valued during their consultations.

Dr Boughen completed her medical degree, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (Medicine) and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of New South Wales. She went on to complete her general practice training in Central West New South Wales, which included an academic term focusing on adolescent rural health. Committed to continuous learning, she also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of New South Wales and a Certificate of Medical Education from the Association for Medical Education in Europe.

As a highly qualified General Practitioner, Dr Boughen is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She is also an active member of the General Practice Medical Educators Association and General Practice Supervision Australia. Alongside her clinical practice, she is deeply involved in medical education, supervising general practice registrars and medical students, and working as a Senior Medical Educator to help train the next generation of medical professionals.
