Dr Simon Nasser

Dr Simon Nasser is a highly qualified Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon who provides comprehensive care for both adult and paediatric patients. Based in Auchenflower, he is dedicated to delivering personalised, high-quality medical and surgical management for a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions. Dr Nasser is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients, combining clinical expertise with a reassuring and patient-centred approach.

Dr Nasser completed his medical degree (MBBS) at the University of Queensland in 1995. Following his internship and basic surgical training in Brisbane, he gained extensive international experience by spending three years in London undergoing General Surgery and Ear, Nose and Throat training at several prominent hospitals. Upon returning to Australia, he undertook advanced surgical training in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). He further refined his expertise by completing post-Fellowship training at a specialist eye and ear hospital in Melbourne in 2007.

With a broad scope of practice, Dr Nasser has developed particular clinical interests in chronic sinusitis, functional rhinoplasty, and the management of head and neck cancers. His surgical expertise spans complex procedures such as cholesteatoma surgery, stapedectomy, thyroid surgery, and cochlear implantation. Whether treating children with recurrent tonsillitis or adults requiring intricate reconstructive or oncological surgery, Dr Nasser ensures that every patient receives tailored, evidence-based care.
