Dr Rowan Sawers

Dr Rowan Sawers is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Sawers possesses a broad range of clinical interests across the spectrum of family medicine. He is particularly skilled in preventative medicine, minor surgery, and the management of various skin conditions. His diverse expertise also encompasses men's and women's health, family planning, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Dr Sawers completed his medical education at the University of Melbourne, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1975. Following his graduation, he gained valuable clinical experience training at several major hospitals. To further refine his expertise in community-based care, he undertook postgraduate training through the Family Medicine programme of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
