I’ve always had great experiences with my check-ups at Happy Dentistry, where the wait times before and after my appointements are usually reasonable. During my visit on 31 October, however, I had to wait roughly 35 minutes after my appointment just to be called by the front desk to finalise payment and wrap up. I could see how busy the receptionist was and that she seemed to still be getting familiar with the system, so I completely understood the initial delay. My concern was the order of service. The other two patients who finished their appointments after me were processed first and eventually left within 10-15 minutes, while I waited longer for checkout than for the treatment itself. I completely expect wait times during busy periods, but I wanted to share this feedback specifically regarding the queue management.
My dentist was efficient, empathetic and understanding. I was extremely grateful for the no gap payment.
