Dr. Robert Fassina

Dr. Robert Fassina is a highly regarded, Australian-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in the comprehensive management of conditions affecting the hip and knee. With a patient-centred approach, he focuses on delivering advanced care for adult orthopaedic conditions, particularly arthritis, joint degeneration, and sports-related injuries. Dr. Fassina completed his medical education at the University of Adelaide, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2001. He subsequently undertook advanced orthopaedic training, culminating in a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2010. To further refine his expertise, he completed post-fellowship training internationally, including a fellowship in complex hip and knee arthroplasty and reconstructive surgery in London, Ontario, Canada, as well as specialised training in minimally invasive arthroplasty and arthroscopic sports medicine in Plano, Texas, USA.
