Mr Robert Little

Mr Robert Little is a highly dedicated and compassionate Gastroenterologist who provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of digestive and gastrointestinal disorders. With a patient-centred approach, he focuses on delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual's unique needs. He is committed to ensuring that patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their diagnostic and therapeutic journeys.

His clinical practice encompasses all aspects of gastroenterology, with a particular interest in inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Mr Little is also highly skilled in performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy, as well as advanced techniques like capsule endoscopy. Additionally, he has a strong interest in the role of the gut microbiota in health and disease, and he actively manages conditions affecting the liver and biliary system.

Mr Little completed his medical training at Monash University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours, alongside a Bachelor of Medical Science with Honours. He subsequently undertook extensive specialist training in gastroenterology and hepatology, culminating in his admission as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Alongside his clinical work, he is actively involved in clinical research, contributing to advancements in the understanding of inflammatory bowel disease and gut health.
