Dr Robert Adam

Dr Robert Adam is a highly accomplished Consultant Neurologist who provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of neurological conditions. With a dedicated focus on movement disorders and cognitive neurology, he specialises in diagnosing and managing complex brain and nervous system disorders. Dr Adam is committed to delivering patient-centred care, ensuring that individuals and their families receive clear, reassuring guidance throughout their treatment journey. His clinical practice encompasses general neurological concerns, such as headaches, migraines, epilepsy, and stroke, alongside highly specialised therapies.

In addition to general neurology, Dr Adam has a particular interest in advanced device-assisted therapies, including deep brain stimulation, to help patients manage progressive conditions. He is actively involved in clinical research and trials, particularly focusing on neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, and Friedreich's ataxia. Dr Adam is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London, reflecting his high standing within the international medical community.
