Dr. Richard Cetti

Dr. Richard Cetti is a highly qualified Consultant Urological Surgeon based in Launceston, Australia. He provides comprehensive urological care, specialising in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of a wide range of urological conditions. Dr. Cetti is dedicated to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care, ensuring that each individual receives a tailored treatment plan. His clinical focus encompasses the management of lower urinary tract symptoms, benign prostate enlargement, and urological cancers, including prostate, bladder, testicular, and kidney cancers. He also has a strong interest in functional urology, urodynamics, and andrology.

In addition to general urology, Dr. Cetti possesses advanced expertise in endourology and the management of complex kidney stones. He serves as the Head of Unit at a regional public hospital and leads a statewide service for complex kidney stones and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). His surgical repertoire includes minimally invasive procedures such as retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS), extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL), and bipolar transurethral resection of the prostate (bTURP).
