Dr Qin Liu

Dr Qin Liu is a highly dedicated Specialist Haematologist who provides comprehensive, compassionate care for patients with a wide range of blood disorders. She specialises in both malignant and non-malignant haematological conditions, ensuring that each patient receives a personalised and reassuring treatment pathway. With a deep clinical focus on lymphoma, Dr Liu is committed to delivering evidence-based therapies that address the unique needs of her patients, helping them navigate their diagnoses with confidence and support.

In addition to her primary focus on lymphoma, Dr Liu possesses extensive expertise in laboratory haematology and obstetrics haematology. Her clinical interests encompass the management of complex blood cancers, autologous bone marrow transplantation, and various non-malignant blood conditions such as clotting disorders and anaemias. She actively participates in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with other medical specialists, ensuring a holistic and highly coordinated approach to patient care.

Dr Liu graduated with her medical degree from The University of New South Wales. She completed her General Physician training and subsequent specialist training in haematology and haematopathology across several prominent teaching hospitals in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. To further her expertise, she completed a specialised Lymphoma Fellowship at a world-renowned cancer centre in Toronto, Canada. Dr Liu is a Fellow of both the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA), and she actively contributes to the medical community as a member of a national lymphoma clinical committee.
