Dr Peter Myers

Dr Peter Myers is a highly regarded Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Brisbane, Australia, who specialises in sports orthopaedics, knee surgery, and shoulder surgery. With a strong commitment to joint preservation and patient-centred care, Dr Myers provides comprehensive management for a wide range of sports-related injuries and degenerative joint conditions. Dr Myers completed his medical education in Brisbane, graduating with his medical degree from the University of Queensland in 1977. He went on to complete his specialist training, becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 1985 and a Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association in 1988. To further refine his expertise, he undertook advanced post-graduate fellowship training internationally in Atlanta, Toronto, and Edinburgh.
