Dr Nirmala Chand

Dr Nirmala Chand is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Known for her thorough and empathetic approach, she is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare that focuses on early detection and prevention. Dr Chand believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients to support their long-term health and well-being.

With a diverse clinical background, Dr Chand has developed a strong focus on skin health and preventative medicine. She has undertaken advanced training in skin cancer, allowing her to perform detailed skin checks and manage various skin diseases, including acne. Her clinical interests also extend to cosmetic medicine, women's health, and preventative healthcare, ensuring that her patients receive holistic and well-rounded medical support.

Dr Chand graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the prestigious Dr MGR Medical University in India. She subsequently gained valuable international experience working in the United Kingdom before relocating to Queensland, Australia. She is a fully qualified General Practitioner and holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
