Dr Nicholas Leith

Dr Nicholas Leith is a highly qualified Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon and Otolaryngologist who provides comprehensive care for both adult and paediatric patients. With a reassuring and patient-centred approach, he is dedicated to diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the ear, nose, and throat. Dr Leith is committed to delivering personalised treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual, ensuring the highest standard of clinical care.

Dr Leith completed his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Sydney, graduating in 2009. Following his initial medical training, he pursued further academic excellence by obtaining a Master of Surgery degree while working as a research fellow at a dedicated deafness research centre. He then undertook extensive specialist surgical training, gaining invaluable experience as an ENT Registrar across several major teaching and paediatric hospitals in New South Wales. Dr Leith is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, reflecting his high level of training and expertise in his field.

In his clinical practice, Dr Leith maintains a broad interest in all areas of general otolaryngology. He has a particular interest in paediatric ENT disorders, helping young patients manage conditions such as glue ear, recurrent middle ear infections, tonsillitis, snoring, sleep apnoea, and nasal obstruction. For adult patients, his areas of focus include the management of nasal obstruction, allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and exostoses, commonly known as surfer's ear. Through his diverse training, he is equipped to offer both medical and surgical solutions to improve his patients' quality of life.
