From the first appointment through to Ali’s surgery and follow-up, Dr. Harris showed exceptional professionalism, empathy, and clarity. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which helped ease so much of my anxiety as a parent. I felt heard, respected, and supported throughout—and most importantly, Ali felt calm and safe under his care. I also want to thank Sacha, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. From scheduling to follow-ups, she made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always greeting us with warmth and professionalism. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable, reassuring, and human. Our experience at Westmead Hospital was excellent. From admission to discharge, the staff were caring, professional, and supportive. The nurses went above and beyond to make my sons feel comfortable and at ease, and everything ran smoothly on the day of surgery.
