Dr Neil Campbell

Dr Neil Campbell is a highly qualified Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who specialises in providing comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Based in St Leonards, he is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes by delivering individualised treatment plans. Dr Campbell understands that every patient's journey is different, and he prioritises a reassuring, collaborative approach to support women through all stages of their reproductive health, from preconception and pregnancy to complex gynaecological care.

With a strong focus on advanced minimally invasive procedures, Dr Campbell is an accomplished Advanced Laparoscopic Gynaecological Surgeon. His clinical interests include the investigation and complex surgical management of endometriosis, as well as the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. He is highly skilled in performing both laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. In his obstetric practice, Dr Campbell is experienced in managing high-risk and complex pregnancies, including hypertensive pregnancy-related disorders and care for patients who have had previous caesarean deliveries or other surgeries.

Dr Campbell completed his primary medical degree, obtaining his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, in Leicester, United Kingdom. He also holds a Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning from London. After relocating to Australia, he undertook his specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology, followed by a dedicated fellowship in advanced laparoscopic gynaecological surgery. He was awarded the prestigious Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy Society Travelling Fellowship, which allowed him to provide essential maternal healthcare in Ethiopia. Dr Campbell is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is actively involved in clinical research and teaching.
