Dr Monique Costin is a highly qualified Consultant Endocrinologist who provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients experiencing a wide range of endocrine disorders. With a clinical focus on general endocrinology and diabetes, she is dedicated to delivering personalised treatment plans that support long-term health and well-being. Dr Costin maintains a strong commitment to clinical excellence, regularly participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and attending local and international conferences to ensure her patients benefit from the latest advancements in medical science.

Her clinical interests span the full spectrum of hormone-related conditions, with particular expertise in pituitary, thyroid, and adrenal disorders. Dr Costin is highly skilled in managing complex metabolic health concerns, including insulin resistance, obesity, and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, as well as menstrual irregularities. Additionally, she provides expert guidance on bone health, specifically the management of osteopenia and osteoporosis, and supports patients navigating type 1, type 2, and pregnancy-related diabetes.

Dr Costin graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours, alongside a Bachelor of Science (Medicine), from the University of Sydney in 2006. She completed her advanced specialist training at major tertiary referral hospitals in Sydney and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 2013. Following her clinical training, she conducted specialised fellowship research focusing on pituitary and other hormonally-responsive tumours at prominent medical research institutes in Australia and the United Kingdom.
