Dr Mohan Kulatunga

Dr Mohan Kulatunga is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to patients of all ages. Dr Kulatunga is highly regarded for his reassuring manner and his ability to build strong, trusting relationships with those under his care.

Dr Kulatunga obtained his primary medical qualification, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), from the North Colombo Medical College in Sri Lanka in 1994. After completing his internship and initial medical training in Sri Lanka, he relocated to Australia to further his medical career. He went on to earn an Advanced Diploma in Obstetrics from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) in 2010. Demonstrating his commitment to excellence in family medicine, he was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2014.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Kulatunga possesses a broad range of clinical interests, with a particular focus on women's health and GP Obstetrics. He has extensive experience in providing comprehensive antenatal care, including both private and public shared care, as well as managing normal and caesarean deliveries. In addition to his expertise in obstetrics and gynaecology, he is highly proficient in all aspects of adult and paediatric general medicine, as well as mental health support. His holistic approach ensures that every patient receives well-rounded and supportive medical attention.
