Dr Mohammed Baba is an Australian trained Orthopaedic Surgeon with a subspecialty interest in disorders of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.

Dr Baba completed their medical degree and undertook specialist orthopaedic training in Sydney. Following this, they undertook further subspecialty training in shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery in centres of excellence in Sydney, France and North America.

Dr Baba has a keen interest in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the upper limb, including rotator cuff and instability surgery, as well as arthritis and joint replacement therapy for the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. They also have an interest in all degenerative, traumatic and sports-related conditions of the hand and upper limb, including fractures.

Dr Baba is actively involved in the education of surgeons, GPs and allied health practitioners. They have authored numerous papers and presented at national and international meetings.
