Dr Vasili completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney in 1995. He then pursued surgical specialty training through the esteemed Australian Orthopaedic Association, solidifying his expertise in the field. Dr Vasili later underwent specialised training in trauma and joint replacement surgery at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Additionally, he honed his skills in adult spinal surgery at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane and the Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Centre in Exeter in the UK. Dr Vasili became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2006. He also holds a Fellowship of the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
Following his training and accomplishments abroad, Dr Vasili returned to Sydney to commence his orthopaedic practice. He took on the role of Director of Trauma Surgery at Royal North Shore Hospital for an impressive five years. During this period, he played a crucial role in the management and care of patients with acute spinal trauma at the hospital for an impressive eight years.

Our experience with Dr Vasili was most excellent. His ability to communicate effectively so that I was able to understand everything about my situation & what he was doing, rating him 11/10. He is a very friendly, personable and professional person.
Dr Vasilli wascappriachable and listened well. He is very good at explaining the forthcoming operation and then fully answering any questions or cncerns. He is up-to-date, open and straightforward about procedures, risks, pain and recovery.
After seeing 2 other Orthopaedic Surgeons, a friend recommended the surgeon she engaged, Dr Con Vasili.. and so my journey began. Dr Con Vasili suggested Bi-lateral surgery for me and I was delighted I was a suitable patient for that surgery. He had outstanding communication, ensuring I was prepared for the surgery and what to expect post-op. Dr Con Vasili checked my progress frequently in hospital always with a kind, cheerful & caring manner which was very reassuring to me (I always looked forward to his visits). His staff were more than caring and helpful if I had any phone queries.. nothing was too much trouble. 13 months later & all Rehab behind me I am now walking painlessly everywhere painlessly and with 2 very straight legs as well (what a bonus)! I can't thank Dr Con Vasili and his team for giving back my mobility & life. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.. 100%. I definitely would recommend him to anyone requiring knee replacement. I am 74 years of age.

Dr Vasili explained the whole knee replacement procedure and it went smoothly with quick recovery. Following left knee replacement last year, I am now going for right knee replacement with Dr Vasili
You couldn't get a better professional to fix your bones he is in my opinion the best orthopaedic surgeon I've had for bedside manner and expertise in his field. I'm grateful for that thanks doc .
