Dr Rahman completed his primary medical education at Rajshahi Medical College in Bangladesh, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1995. Following his graduation, he undertook four years of postgraduate training in medicine overseas, further refining his clinical expertise. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and holds a specialised certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.
