Dr Michael Farmer

Dr Michael Farmer is a highly regarded Consultant Physician specialising in General (Internal) Medicine, as well as Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. As a dedicated Specialist, he focuses on diagnosing and managing complex, multi-system disorders. Dr Farmer works closely with his patients to develop personalised treatment plans that address their unique health concerns, aiming to improve their overall quality of life and long-term well-being.

Dr Farmer completed his medical training at Monash University, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Honours) in 1986. He subsequently undertook extensive postgraduate training and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). In addition to his clinical work, he serves as an Associate Professor and Director of Medicine, contributing significantly to the training of future medical professionals and maintaining active professional memberships within his fields.
