Dr Michael Browne

Dr Michael Browne is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all ages. With extensive experience gained across urban, rural, and extremely remote clinical settings, Dr Browne brings a wealth of knowledge and a reassuring presence to his practice. He is committed to delivering patient-centred care, focusing on preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and general health and wellbeing to help his patients achieve optimal health outcomes.

Dr Browne completed his medical training at the University of New South Wales, where he obtained his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of general practice. In addition to his clinical work, Dr Browne is deeply passionate about medical education. He serves as a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Wollongong Graduate School of Medicine and actively contributes to training the next generation of medical professionals through various teaching and supervisory roles.

Throughout his career, Dr Browne has developed a broad range of clinical interests, including minor surgery, skin cancer checks, and the care of elderly patients in residential aged care facilities.
