Dr Leigh Archer

Mr Archer is a General Surgeon with a special interest in upper GI and bariatrics. He is a recognised fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Australia and New Zealand Gastro Oesophageal Surgery Association (ANZGOSA).

Mr Archer's clinical interests include laparoscopic (keyhole) gastrointestinal and gallbladder surgery, endoscopy including some interventions and abdominal wall hernia repair.

He is a member of the Australia and New Zealand Gastro Oesophageal Surgery Association, Australia and New Zealand Metabolic and Obesity Surgical Society and the International Federation of Surgery for Obesity.

Mr Archer has been recognised for his communication and empathy. He is regarded as an understanding and caring specialist.
