Dr Lauren Cone

Dr Lauren Cone is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong focus on rural health, she supports individuals and families through all stages of life. Dr Cone has developed a diverse clinical practice, with particular interests in mental health, women's and children's health, and chronic disease management. Her reassuring and professional approach ensures that patients receive the highest standard of medical care tailored to their unique needs.

Dr Cone completed her medical education at the University of New South Wales, graduating with a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery in 2007. Committed to ongoing professional development and the advancement of medical training, she also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma of Medical Education from the University of Dundee. Dr Cone is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and actively contributes to the profession as an Examiner for the college. Additionally, she is a member of the Academy of Clinical Educators and serves as the Deputy Chair of the New South Wales Rural Doctors Network, reflecting her deep commitment to rural health advocacy.
