Dr Leung obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Hong Kong in 1984. Committed to advancing his medical knowledge, he became a Member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom in 1987 and earned a Diploma in Child Health from Ireland in 1988. Demonstrating his dedication to the highest standards of general practice, he was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1996.
