Dr Kim Drever is a dedicated Paediatrician who specialises in developmental and behavioural paediatrics. As a Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrician, Dr Drever works closely with families to understand each child's individual strengths and vulnerabilities, creating tailored care plans that embrace difference and celebrate every milestone, both large and small.
Her clinical practice focuses on supporting children and adolescents from birth to 18 years of age who are navigating a variety of developmental and behavioural challenges. Dr Drever has extensive experience in managing conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, developmental language delay, and learning disabilities. She also assists young patients experiencing anxiety disorders, school challenges, and complex developmental disabilities. Recognising that optimal care requires a collaborative approach, she is highly skilled in care team coordination and navigating complex support systems to ensure families receive comprehensive, holistic care.
Dr Drever completed her medical training with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with Honours (BMBS (Hons)) and holds a Master of Public Health (MPH). She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and has completed advanced training in Community Child Health. In addition to her clinical work, she has held academic and professional roles, including serving as a Senior Fellow in community child health, and is actively involved in professional organisations such as the Australasian Society for Developmental Paediatrics.
