Dr Kate Watson

Dr Kate Watson is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care. She enjoys the diverse nature of general practice and focuses on building positive, respectful, and long-lasting relationships with patients of all ages. Her approach is reassuring and thorough, ensuring that every individual feels supported and heard throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr Watson graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2012, earning her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with First Class Honours. During her studies, she was awarded the prestigious UNSW David de Carle and John Edmonds Prizes for Medicine. Following her graduation, she completed comprehensive hospital training before attaining her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017. To further her expertise, she also completed a Diploma in Child Health and the FPAA National Certificate in Reproductive & Sexual Health.

In her clinical practice, Dr Watson has developed a strong focus on preventative medicine, women's health, and children's health. She is highly skilled in sexual and reproductive health, and she is fully accredited to perform both the insertion and removal of Implanon devices. By combining her extensive training with a preventative approach, she works collaboratively with her patients to promote long-term health and well-being.
