Dr Karen Woods

Dr Karen Woods is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a strong focus on preventative health and continuity of care, she works closely with individuals and families to support their long-term physical and emotional well-being. Dr Woods believes in empowering her patients through education, helping them make informed decisions about their health journeys.

Dr Woods completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Adelaide in 2010. To further her expertise in paediatric care, she also obtained a Diploma in Child Health. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has contributed to the medical community as a Medical Educator, training the next generation of General Practitioners.

In her clinical practice, Dr Woods manages a broad spectrum of healthcare needs, ranging from acute illnesses to long-term health conditions. Her areas of clinical interest include general medicine, chronic disease management, women's health, men's health, and paediatrics. She is passionate about delivering holistic care that addresses the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical support.
