Dr Kara Petersen

Dr Kara Petersen is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Petersen completed her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the University of New South Wales, graduating in 1988. Following her university studies, she undertook extensive clinical training across Sydney, Newcastle, and Wagga Wagga. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, she has obtained postgraduate qualifications including a Family Planning Certificate (NSW) and a Diploma of Obstetrics from the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Dr Petersen is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
