Dr Kalhara Perera

Dr Kalhara Perera is a Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon with expertise in complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, aortic surgery, minimally invasive lung surgery, and cardiac device implantation.

He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2010 with a Bachelor of Medical Science and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Following his internship and residency, he entered formal cardiothoracic surgical training and later achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
