Dr Whitley obtained his medical degree from the University of Cape Town in 2004. He subsequently relocated to Queensland, where he completed his specialist Radiology training. To further refine his skills, he undertook prestigious fellowships in Interventional Radiology and Neurointerventional Radiology at major tertiary hospitals across Brisbane, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast. Dr Whitley is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR). He also holds professional credentials from the European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR) and is recognised by the Conjoint Committee for Recognition of Training in Interventional Neuroradiology (CCINR).
