Dr Joyce Leong

Dr Joyce Leong is a highly dedicated and compassionate Consultant Paediatrician who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care for infants, children, and adolescents. With a deep understanding of childhood growth and development, she focuses on supporting families through the various stages of their child's early years. Her clinical practice encompasses a broad range of paediatric services, with a particular emphasis on neonatal care, early parenting support, and managing developmental and behavioural concerns.

In her clinical practice, Dr Leong prioritises clear communication and evidence-based medicine to ensure that parents feel supported and informed throughout their child's healthcare journey. She recognises the unique challenges that come with early parenting and works collaboratively with families to address issues such as infant settling, nutrition, and emotional well-being. To better serve a diverse community, she is able to consult in multiple languages, including English, Cantonese, and Malay. Beyond her direct clinical work, she has also held significant leadership roles in early parenting and family health services, contributing her expertise to improve medical standards and support systems for young families.

Dr Leong completed her medical training at the University of Sydney, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1988. Following her graduation, she undertook extensive postgraduate training in paediatric medicine to specialise as a Paediatrician. Her strong academic foundation and ongoing commitment to professional development ensure that she remains at the forefront of paediatric healthcare, delivering the highest standard of care to her young patients.
