Prof. John Ziegler

Prof. John Ziegler is a highly distinguished Australian-based Physician who specialises as a General (Internal) Medicine Specialist, Paediatrician, Allergist, and Immunologist. With a career dedicated to the diagnosis and management of complex paediatric and adult conditions, he provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of immune, allergic, and general medical concerns. His clinical approach is characterised by meticulous attention to detail, a compassionate bedside manner, and a commitment to developing personalised treatment plans that significantly improve patient outcomes.

Throughout his career, Prof. Ziegler has developed deep expertise in managing diverse and challenging medical conditions. Prof. Ziegler completed his medical education at the University of Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1966. He subsequently undertook specialist training in clinical immunology, gaining membership of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 1969 and being elected a Fellow in 1974. Furthering his academic achievements, he was awarded a Doctor of Medicine from the University of New South Wales in 1995, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Higher Education in 1998. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
