Dr John Garvey

Dr John Garvey is a highly regarded General Surgeon and Diagnostic Surgeon based in Sydney, Australia. He specialises in diagnosing, treating, and operating on injuries of the trunk and abdomen, with a particular focus on chronic groin pain and groin disruption in elite athletes. Throughout his career, Dr Garvey has built a reputation for delivering reassuring, patient-centred care, helping individuals, ranging from everyday patients to professional international sportspeople, recover from complex and debilitating conditions.

His clinical expertise spans a wide range of general surgical procedures, including hernia repairs, vasectomies, and groin reconstructions.
