Dr Joe Jin Lee

Dr Joe Jin Lee is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Lee completed his medical education at Monash University, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Following his graduation, he gained diverse clinical experience through hospital rotations in various medical disciplines, including Vascular Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Emergency Medicine, and General Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, a testament to his high standards of clinical practice. Dr Lee also spent a significant period practising in rural Queensland, where he valued the opportunity to provide continuous, long-term care to a diverse patient population.

With a broad range of clinical interests, Dr Lee provides expert care across several areas of General Practice. He has a strong focus on preventative health and the management of chronic conditions, such as hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia, diabetes, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Additionally, he has a special interest in skin cancer medicine, wound management, and weight-loss management, offering comprehensive assessments and tailored plans to support sustainable, long-term success. He is also experienced in providing antenatal care through GP Shared Care initiatives.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr Lee enjoys spending quality time with his wife, young children, and the family dog. He is an avid gardener who takes pleasure in caring for his plants, and he is an enthusiastic sports fan with a particular passion for soccer and badminton.
