Dr Joanna Lin

Dr Joanna Lin is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds, focusing on building long-lasting, trusting relationships to support their long-term health and well-being. With a reassuring and professional approach, Dr Lin is committed to delivering high-quality medical care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Dr Lin completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales, graduating in 2008. Following her graduation, she gained extensive clinical experience working across various major metropolitan and regional hospitals before completing her specialist General Practice training in 2012. She has attained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. To further her expertise in key areas of medicine, she also completed a Diploma of Child Health and a Masters of Medicine in Reproductive Health and Genetics, both through the University of Sydney.

In her clinical practice, Dr Lin has developed particular interests in women's and children's health, fertility, travel medicine, and general medicine. She is highly skilled in providing family planning and contraceptive services, including the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants and intrauterine devices (IUDs). Additionally, she is experienced in performing minor skin surgeries and actively participates in antenatal shared care programmes, supporting expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journeys.
