Dr Provan completed his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science with Honours at the University of Sydney, before pursuing his medical training at the University of Notre Dame in Sydney, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Following his medical degree, he undertook extensive postgraduate training in General Practice across the Hunter and Central Coast regions. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and continuing professional development.
