Jay Kasthuri is a highly regarded Sports Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, known for his expertise in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. He is the founder of SportsFit Health and Rehab, where he provides his extensive knowledge and experience to assist athletes of all levels in returning to peak performance.

With a focus on ACL rehabilitation and shoulder injuries, Jay holds the distinction of being an APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist. He has served as a Sports Physiotherapist for prestigious rugby league teams such as the Wests Tigers RLFC, where he worked with athletes in their Elite Pathways program (U16-U21). Currently, Jay is dedicated to supporting the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs in their pursuit of success.

In addition to his clinical work, Jay is actively involved in education and is a respected lecturer for Sports Medicine Australia courses. He continually seeks to expand his knowledge base and has pursued further education in areas such as ASCA Strength and Conditioning Level 2 and The Hip and Groin Course. He also holds an APA Sports Level 2 certification. He is a Registered International Sports Physical Therapist.
