Dr Ivan Kuo

Dr Ivan Kuo is a highly qualified and dedicated Endocrinologist who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals experiencing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders. With a reassuring and evidence-based approach, he specialises in diagnosing and managing complex hormonal conditions. Dr Kuo is committed to delivering tailored treatment plans that focus on optimising long-term health outcomes and improving the overall quality of life for his patients.

His clinical expertise spans all major areas of endocrinology, with a particular interest in the management of diabetes mellitus, including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as diabetes complicated by renal impairment. Dr Kuo also provides expert care for patients with thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, metabolic bone diseases, and adrenal and pituitary conditions. Additionally, he is an active member of multidisciplinary cancer care teams, collaborating closely with other Medical Specialists to co-ordinate comprehensive care for patients undergoing cancer treatment.

Dr Kuo completed his medical training with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, reflecting his advanced training and high standards of clinical practice in endocrinology. Alongside his clinical work, Dr Kuo is dedicated to medical education and research, serving as a Clinical Associate Lecturer at Western Sydney University, where he helps train the next generation of medical professionals.
