Dr Ingrid Buchner

Dr Ingrid Buchner is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a broad clinical background that spans multiple facets of medicine, she is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare to individuals and families. Dr Buchner enjoys the diverse nature of General Practice, with particular clinical interests in paediatrics, emergency medicine, and skin cancer management. Dr Buchner completed her medical degree in Germany, obtaining her Doctor of Medicine qualification. She initially began her medical career working in anaesthetics, intensive care, and emergency medicine. After relocating to Australia, she completed her specialist training in General Practice and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2007. Committed to continuous professional development, she also undertook postgraduate training in paediatrics to obtain a Diploma of Paediatrics, and completed further studies in skin cancer detection and management, earning the Certificate of Primary Care Dermatology.

In her daily practice, Dr Buchner combines her extensive hospital experience with a compassionate approach to family medicine.
