Dr. Ellen Raghoudi

Dr. Ellen Raghoudi is a dedicated Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides comprehensive care for women at all stages of their lives. With a strong focus on improving women's wellbeing, she is passionate about educating and empowering her patients to make the best-informed choices for themselves and their families. Her clinical approach is rooted in empathy, ensuring that every patient feels supported, respected, and heard throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr. Raghoudi completed her medical degree at Flinders University. She then undertook her specialist training across major hospitals in Adelaide, as well as regionally in Mt Gambier. During the final two years of her training, she focused extensively on advanced laparoscopic surgery and the management of endometriosis. Committed to the future of the medical profession, she holds an appointment as a Staff Specialist and serves as a Lecturer for Medical Students at the University of Adelaide, sharing her passion for women's health with Junior Doctors.

In her clinical practice, Dr. Raghoudi offers a broad range of obstetric and gynaecological services. She is highly skilled in managing both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, including twin pregnancies and vaginal births after caesarean section. Her gynaecological expertise encompasses advanced laparoscopic (key-hole) surgery, the management of endometriosis, abnormal periods, and abnormal cervical screening test results requiring colposcopy. She also performs various surgical procedures such as hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, and laparoscopic salpingectomy, providing tailored care to address each patient's unique needs.
