Dr Doaa Habashy

Dr Doaa Habashy is a highly dedicated Paediatrician who specialises in providing comprehensive and compassionate medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. With a clinical focus on general paediatric medicine, she is committed to supporting the health, development, and well-being of young patients. Dr Habashy takes a holistic and reassuring approach to children's health, ensuring that families feel supported and informed throughout every stage of their child's growth.

Throughout her career, Dr Habashy has developed significant clinical interests in paediatric nephrology, childhood obesity, and paediatric emergency medicine. She has actively contributed to medical research, notably co-authoring systematic reviews on interventions for idiopathic steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome in children, as well as investigating the management of acute asthma in paediatric emergency settings. Dr Habashy completed her medical education at the University of New South Wales, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1988.
