Dr Debra Nathan

Graduating with honours from Monash University in 1997 Dr. Debbie Nathan completed her Gastroenterology training at Monash Medical Centre. Following this, she pursued an Inflammatory Bowel Disease fellowship at Box Hill Hospital.

Dr Nathan has contributed to various gastroenterology journals through her publications since becoming a member of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2005.

Currently, Dr. Nathan serves at Monash Medical Centre and Box Hill Hospital as a Consultant Gastroenterologist, specialising in Hepatology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Her expertise also extends to conducting Fibroscan procedures.

In her private practice based in Clayton, Dr. Nathan specializes in irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, bowel cancer screening, and conducts gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and pill camera studies.

Dr Nathan is affiliated with Jessie MacPherson Private Hospital for admissions and performs medical procedures at The Avenue and Masada Private Hospitals.
