Dr Debby Utama

Dr Debby Utama is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who is passionate about providing holistic care and empowering patients to achieve individualised evidence-based care.

Dr Utama graduated from The University of Adelaide in 2010. Dr Utama undertook specialist training at Frankston Hospital, Mercy Hospital, and Monash Health, completing this in 2020. During their training, Dr Utama gained experience in managing both high and low-risk pregnancies, as well as a wide range of gynaecological conditions. These included endometriosis, PCOS, cervical dysplasia, and infertility.

In the final year of specialist training, Dr Utama focused on advanced laparoscopic surgery, including laparoscopic hysterectomy. Dr Utama is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) and is involved with the teaching and training of junior doctors and medical students at Monash University, where they are also an examiner.

In their spare time, Dr Utama enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and exploring new restaurants.
