Dr David Cutting

Dr David Cutting is a highly dedicated Paediatrician and Allergist who specialises in providing comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents. With a compassionate and reassuring approach, he focuses on addressing a wide range of paediatric health concerns, helping families navigate the complexities of childhood medical conditions. His clinical practice is centred on delivering personalised care that supports the physical development and overall well-being of his young patients.

Dr Cutting has developed particular clinical interests in paediatric allergy and childhood continence issues. In the field of allergy, he provides expert management for conditions such as food allergies, eczema, hives, asthma, hay fever, and anaphylaxis, offering specialised services including skin prick testing and immunotherapy. Additionally, he is highly experienced in managing paediatric continence and voiding dysfunctions, assisting children who experience bedwetting, day wetting, constipation, soiling, and toilet training difficulties. While he manages a broad spectrum of general paediatric concerns, he does not consult on behavioural or developmental issues such as ADHD or autism.

Dr Cutting completed his undergraduate medical training at Monash University before undertaking specialist paediatric training at a major children's hospital in Melbourne. He obtained his qualification as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 1984. To further his expertise, he completed advanced training in paediatric allergy. Dr Cutting maintains active professional memberships with several key medical organisations, including the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA), the Continence Foundation of Australia, and the Australian Medical Association (AMA).
