Dr. Daniel Gilbourd

Dr. Daniel Gilbourd is a highly qualified Urologist practising in Deakin, Australia. Dr. Gilbourd completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales before obtaining a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney, where his research focused on laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. He undertook his specialist training in Urology across New South Wales, culminating in his admission as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. To further refine his skills, he completed an advanced fellowship in endourology, gaining specialised training in laser prostatectomy and complex stone treatments. He is an active member of several key clinical committees, including a regional prostate cancer steering committee and a surgical mortality audit committee.

In his clinical practice, Dr. Gilbourd specialises in endourologic surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic procedures, and the management of voiding dysfunction.
