Dr Lavery completed his formal dental education at the University of Queensland, graduating as a Dentist in 1997. Since obtaining his qualification, he has continuously updated his clinical knowledge to stay at the forefront of modern dental advancements. His commitment to professional development ensures that he can offer the latest evidence-based treatments and techniques to his patients.

In his clinical practice, Dr Lavery has developed a particular interest in advanced dental solutions, including orthodontics and Invisalign treatments. He is also highly skilled in cosmetic dentistry and the utilisation of modern technology, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM) dental techniques. This includes performing precise ceramic restorations, such as Cerec, to restore both the function and aesthetics of his patients' smiles. Outside of his professional life, Dr Lavery is married with two young children and enjoys spending time at the beach.
