Caroline Jane Weinstein is a registered and practising Psychologist.

They aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to support people in their journey to make positive changes in their lives. They work collaboratively with people to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their individual needs and goals.

Their approach to therapy is informed by evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapies, and Schema Therapy.
